"I originally joined Euphorium Bakery in 2011 as a Team Member at 79 Upper Street. After just nine months, I was presented with the opportunity becoming a shop supervisor. Then a new store opened in Kensington in 2012 and I had the opportunity to take on a new role as head barista, with Euphorium sponsoring me to complete a Vocational Qualification. Eight months later, I was delighted to be asked to become the Assistant Manager at our lovely Threadneedle shop. I Spent four enjoyable months there before I had the chance to manage my own store - our flagship 202 shop, working with a great team and amazing customers. I've been fortunate enough to work in 8 of our different stores, and who knows what the future holds. The story of Euphorium is amazing and I feel proud to sell and recommend our fantastic artisan baked goods to our customers."

Sandra Maneikyte - Shop manager at 202 Upper Street

I joined the HR team at Euphorium Bakery in June 2014 at the start of our growth journey and since then we have been building something really special - together. Our teams are empowered to show their energy and personality at every opportunity whilst remaining loyal to Our Values. Our Values are close to everything we do and guide us with our everyday decision making and behaviours. No two days are the same and I can’t recommend Euphorium highly enough to anyone wanting to come and join us on our journey.

Kevin Rodbard - HR, Head Office

Our central bakeries take many ingredients to make them work. As a 24 hour operation our teams work day and night and there a wide variety of roles. These include bakers, technical, drivers, packers, warehouse management and engineers.

I have worked for Euphorium since 2012 as a Bakery Supervisor. At the moment I am running the Bakery at Kensington and support the team in delivering fantastic tasting products to our Customers. I love using my skills to hand-craft our fantastic artisan goods and I have had the opportunity to develop my skills as a barista, so now I am able to work across the business. Also during my free time I am supporting with the opening of new stores and training new Euphorium team members. Euphorium bakery is a great place to work and with my eight years of artisan bakery experience , it allows me to continue to make bread of highest quality, delivered with excellent customer service. I also enjoy being able to share my knowledge and pass our high standards onto new team members, and ultimately to be part of the best of British baking.

Tomas Gerboc - Bakery Supervisor, Kensington

'Entrepreneurialism' is a frame of mind - it means you never stop thinking about how things can be better, how we can improve a process, make the customer experience better, increase the success of the company.

I want our colleagues to feel a slice of that mind-set, so we can take our business to even greater heights as we nurture and develop our brand

I believe that I can achieve infinity if I have a ‘true’ vision and a great team of people to help me take it forward. If you truly believe in yourself, your offer and your team - anything is possible.
