Ingredients

Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Water, Rye Flour, Yeast, Salt, Palm Oil, Rapeseed Oil, Malted Wheat Flour, Starter Culture, Flour Treatment Agent (Ascorbic Acid).

Mix of French wheat and sifted rye and slowly fermented for at least an hour for a richer flavour
