Water, Wholegrain Rye Flour, Mixed Seeds (9%) (Sunflower Seeds, Chia Seeds, Linseed), Wheat Flakes, Wheat Gluten, Wheat Flour, Brown Sugar, Spelt, Barley Malt, Yeast, Salt, Flour Treatment Agent (Ascorbic Acid), Emulsifiers (Mono- and Di-Glycerides of Fatty Acids, Acetic Acid Esters of Mono- and Di-Glycerides of Fatty Acids), Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum).
